Staple Cutting Blades
Unlike the competition, Mozart's TiN coated blades are not simply cosmetic. Instead the TiN coating is an industrial quality applied in such a way that it does not make the cutting edge round. The TiN coated blade stays sharp and aggressive.
With their proven performers such as carbon and stainless steel blades, TiN coated, CrN coated and TiCn coated blades, Mozart has now completed their product line by integrating a complete assortment of tungsten Carbide blades. This program includes all standard blade shapes for the staple fiber industry as well as custom made shapes for special applications.
Most commonly used blades are stocked by Fi-Tech, Inc. in Richmond, VA. Other blades are readily available from Solingen, Germany.
