Fi-Tech, Inc. to represent Wista GmbH and International Perforating Services (IPS)

Fi-Tech, Inc. of Richmond, Virginia has been named by Wista GmbH of Schwaigern, Germany as their representative serving the nonwovens, synthetic leather and converting industries in all NAFTA countries.
Wista is recognized as the world leader in punch perforation equipment and commission perforation services. Wista's line of punch perforation equipment is designed to punch perforate a variety of substrates with clean (no burrs) holes as small as .013" (0.33mm). Wista's technology also allows for punch densities of approaching 50% open area up to substrate widths of 102".
In cooperation with Wista -Germany, International Perforating Services (IPS) of Statesville, NC has established a commission perforation facility to service North America. The facility will be equipped with Wista machines and modeled after the highly successful Wista commission perforation facility in Germany. Fi-Tech will also work together with IPS to serve the North American Market.
