MOZART manufacture a series of glass and staple fibre blades with tight tolerances, for industrial use. The use of high grade chrome alloyed tool steel or alternatively special alloy stainless steel strip, combined with the highest standards of stamping, grinding and stropping of the MOZART technical blades, ensure an extremely burr-free product within tight tolerances throughout this series of blades making for prolonged edge-life and an excellent cutting performance.
MOZART blades for glass and staple fibre are produced to customers specification on material, hardness and bevel geometry. They come grouped in sets suiting production requirements on site.
