Spinnerts & Spin Packs
The heart of a spinning machine for manmade fiber production is the spinneret. This is where the filament is formed out of the spinning solution and where its cross section is determined. That is why spinnerets are of paramount importance for the quality of fiber products.
Our Specialties:
* Spin plates, over 4 m long and with more than 20,000 perfectly uniform holes, are produced for nonwovens manufacturers. These include melt blown spinnerets requiring maximum precision and top surface quality of the spinneret body as well as perfect execution and arrangement of the capillaries.
* Compact spinnerets for staple fiber production with 40,000 to 80,000 closely arranged bores and capillary lengths of I/d>20 were a challenge to us because of the special machinery and processing methods we had to develop for their manufacture.
* Spinnerets for special spinning processes with superfine capillaries, high hole densities and sophisticated counterbore shapes enable our customers to use the latest fiber technologies in trials and commercial production.
* Microfiber spinnerets are our contribution to the development of this promising fiber type by leading manufacturers.
* Spinnerets and spin packs for bicomponent fibers and extrusion dies for membranes require utmost care and precision both in machining and joining the individual parts.
Et-HE-Jet Strips from ENKA TECNICA
Ultramodern spunlace manufacturing facilities produce highly efficient durable nonwovens.

ENKA TECNICA Et-HE Jet Strips are used to achieve the required durability and consistency in nonwovens. A precise matrix of several thousand holes guarantees a top quality product. Et-HE-Jets can be produced exactly to individual customer requirements and specifications.
ENKA TECNICA can supply Et-HE-Jet Strips in various lengths, with various hole numbers and hole combinations. Hole diameter and capillary form are tailored to customer specification and particular application. An Et-HE-Jet can be produced with absolute consistency for all bore diameters starting from 0,080 mm.
